Simple Return Process
To initiate a return, simply contact our Customer Support Team at contact@braabo.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Once your request is approved, we’ll issue a Return Authorization Number along with a prepaid return label, allowing you to return the item with ease.
Damages and issues
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at contact@braabo.com.
Our team will promptly review your case and offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement or full refund.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
To request an exchange, please contact our Customer Support Team at contact@braabo.com with your order number and the item you wish to exchange.
If the item is in stock and meets our return criteria, we will issue a Return Authorization Number and send you a prepaid return label to download and print. Once the original item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement at no additional cost.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Swift Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment used at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed.
